The Wallace Family Number 1 at Radioactive Airplay Top 100 Chart
July 29, 2008
The Wallace Family’s latest single released to RadioActive Airplay promises to be a real winner! “Hold On” reached the # 1 position on the Radioactive Airplay Southern Gospel Top 100 Chart in less than a week. The radio DJs have been more than happy to spin this new song, after being introduced to the Wallace’s music less than three months ago, with two very upbeat songs; “Jesus On My Mind” and “Put On The Whole Armor,” and each of these also doing extremely well in their own right, charting at #2 and #5 the first week. “Hold On” well-exceeded their expectations, without a doubt, and they are giving it great reviews and exceptional airplay.
“Hold On” , which is another original, written by group member, Matt Miller, is a slower tempo song with spine-tingling words that have such a powerful anointing, it will literally bring you to your knees, as it speaks directly to your soul.
All three of these singles are off their new project “But God”, which portrays the Wallace Family’s mission of using their ministry to deliver God’s word through His song and music. It is a significant recording, in that, it showcases their true passion for Jesus.
The Wallace Family, which consist of Matt & Sandra Miller and Tony & Glenda Murray, have a burning desire to be led only by the Holy Spirit in their journey to wake up lost souls, make a real impact on someone’s life, and help lead them to Christ through their music.
Each member of this group blends together beautifully to produce a sound with a genuine anointing that will definitely grab your attention and send chills up your spine! Matt Miller is a very gifted and talented songwriter/composer, and does a suburb job of writing one song after an other that God lays on his heart, as well as singing lead/tenor and playing keyboard. Then, together with Tony Murray, and his awesome blues guitar that will “set the room on fire!”- Glenda Murray who sings lead/alto- “like you wouldn‘t believe”, and Sandra Miller singing tenor “like an angel”, they have a beautiful tight harmony that will definitely thrill your ears as they spread the gospel of Jesus through their songs and powerful testimonies.
The Wallace Family attends Freedom Church of God in Emory Texas where Kenneth and Janis Ishmael serve as pastors. Freedom COG, along with the Wallace Family, host numerous concerts throughout the year which have included many of the main stream groups, such as, the McKameys, the Freemans, the Isaacs, Jeff and Sheri Easter, Brian Free & Assurance, Gerald Crabb, and the Crabb Revival, to only name a few. The church, along with it’s sponsors, never charge an admission, so that anyone, who has a desire to hear Southern Gospel music, can attend these great gospel singings.
The Wallaces make every effort to schedule their bookings around these concerts, and have only missed one concert in three years, due to an Angel Two Network recording in Tennessee.
As more doors are opened to this ministry and their horizons are expanded, please continue to pray for the Wallaces as they step up to be heard– our God knows no boundaries!
The Wallace Family would like to thank all the Radio djs, who without them gospel music would not be heard around the world, and especially, Charles Brady and RadioActive Airplay for playing a major role in getting their music to radio and that God will continue to bless him for his tremendous dedication to the gospel music industry.
And, as I‘ve said before, …keep your eye on the eastern sky and for our soon returning King, and while you wait, —stay tuned, folks, for there is much more to come from the Wallace Family with their great Southern Gospel music!

This song is the most uplifting song I have heard in a very long time. If you are going through a hard time, if God seems far away and things are not going the way they seem to ought to go, HOLD ON in times of trouble. God always takes care of His own, if we can just hold on and know that God’s time is better than ours anytime. A very wonderful song done beautifully by the Wallace Family.
