JOY FM EXPANDS IN VA, HIRES OPERATIONS MANAGER

LYNCHBURG, VA, June, 2008 – Joy FM recently added 2 new frequencies at 96.5 FM in Waynesboro VA and 101.9 FM in Bristol VA. In Addition they have hired Mike Cook from Lynchburg, VA as Operations Manager. “Mike is passionate about Southern Gospel Music and promoting it to fans in VA” said Brian Sanders Joy FM’s General Manager. “He is a great addition to our team.”
Joy FM is a listener supported network of Southern Gospel Radio stations. Currently Joy FM has 21 frequencies in 7 states including North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio.
