Third Time is the Charm for Red Roots
Red Hen Records recently announced the release of Triplicity, the third album from award-winning recording artist Red Roots. Red Roots features identical triplets, Nika, Nicole, and Natalie Taylor.
With a stage persona as fiery as their blazing red locks, it’s no surprise Red Roots is enjoying tremendous success. Five radio singles off their first two albums have charted in the top 40, with the first single “Seven Days” off Triplicity being their highest radio debut to date. “Seven Days” spent 6 consecutive weeks at Number 1 on the Music To Radio American Top 40 Chart. A feat that is rarely accomplished according to Music To Radio spokesman Charles Brady. Brady added; “We have been delivering music to radio for over seven years and I can count on less than one hand the number of songs that have stayed at Number 1 for 6 consecutive weeks.” Triplicity was also featured as a New and Noteworthy release on the iTunes’ Country page during release week.
“The success of these faith-filled, trend-setting triplets has been very exciting to us as a record label,” said Rick Schweinsberg, A&R Director of Red Hen Records. “The impact these ladies are making in the lives of believers, young and old, is speaking volumes to us and only confirms the amazing gift and calling God has placed on their lives. We believe Red Roots is paving the way for younger generations to be exposed to great Christian music.”
Red Roots was named Favorite New Trio at the 2013 Fan Awards, presented at the 2013 Dove Awards and showcased at the International Christian Retail Show following their appearance on the American Bible Challenge.
Red Hen Records is the country division of Daywind Music Group and home to great artists such as Michael Lee and Zach & Rodney. Red Hen is distributed to retail and all major digital outlets through New Day Christian Distributors.
