Bishop F.C. Barnes Has Passed Away
Bishop F.C. Barnes who was best known for the song “Rough Side of the Mountain” which he recorded with Rev. Janice Brown has passed away. The song gained great notoriety as it was played on countless radio stations and crossed the racial divide to become a hit even on primarily southern gospel ( aka white gospel ) radio stations across the country. He remained active in Gospel Music and most recently worked with Darrell Luster on the single, “God Is God (He Don’t Change).

love coming up the rough side ,ill be alright when it rains it pours etc all of his heartfelt music!! rip my brother will see you one day and get to sing with you!! i believe ill run on because i know what the ends gonna beee!!!
