Keith Plott Completes New Album and Releases 2 Songs That Debut At Number 1

May 16, 2008

Riding on the success of his first self titled album and first Number 1 song as a soloist Keith Plott has made a bit of history with his second solo album titled “There Is One” produced by Greg Day, Keith Plott & Lee Fortune.  Keith released 2 singles from the new album and both songs debuted at Number 1 on the Radioactive Airplay Charts. According to Charles Brady of Radioactive Airplay this has only happened once before in the history of the Radioactive Airplay Charts. “To have an artist release singles to Southern Gospel and to Country Gospel and see them both debut at Number 1 in the first week is a strong indication that radio loves the music of this artist. It is obviously clear that when it comes to Keith Plott that is certainly the case!”

Cross 4 Crowns Sign Distribution Agreement with Crossroads Entertainment

May 16, 2008

Arden, NC- Crossroads Entertainment is pleased to announce the signing of Cross 4 Crowns to a distribution agreement with the company.  Cross 4 Crowns was established in 2003 by group baritone Allen Leath.  “As of late, we have really had a desire to take our efforts to the masses, realizing we needed a lot of help to do that.  We never envisioned that we would have an opportunity to work with a company like Crossroads Entertainment.  We are truly excited to have this distribution agreement with them”, says Leath.

Chris White of Crossroads states, “There are a lot of good quartets out there today but, it is still difficult to find great ones like these guys.  We’re always looking for those artists that can make a solid contribution for the future for our business and I believe that Cross 4 Crowns has the possibility to do that.   Though their style is not limited, their strength is certainly in a strong traditional quartet delivery” White added.

The groups current single, I’m Going There, sits at number 59 in the national charts.  The group may be contacted via their web site at www.Cross4Crowns.com.

Psalm 101 Debut New Single in Radioactive Airplay Top 10!

May 15, 2008

It’s “upbeat, driving and fun to sing along with!” That’s what folks are saying about Psalm 101’s latest radio release  “Daddy Whipped the Devil.” The song came in at #6 it’s very first week on the Radioactive Airplay weekly Top 100 Chart. This song is a follow up release from last year’s “He Prays For Me” which is still getting airplay across the country.

“Daddy Whipped the Devil” showcases what Psalm 101 is best known for which is a powerhouse vocal & smokin’ lead guitar. Bill and Angela Fulkerson, a husband and wife team from central Florida have a heart for putting out good music that glorifies Jesus Christ. “We get so many requests for this song from the youngest to the oldest,” says Bill Fulkerson. We love to see people singing along and having fun. Yet, the message is so strong. The only way we can “whip the devil” is through the Word of God!” Angela Fulkerson says, ” I can SO relate to this song! My Daddy is a preacher and I spent all my life traveling “from town to town for miles around.” This song is a perfect picture of my life and I love singing it.”

Charles Brady of Radioactive Airplay noted, “This is just a really great song that so many of us can relate to. I love the way that Angela & Bill just put everything into a song and then some! You will not be disappointed in this one and it’s obvious from the songs strong showing right out of the gate that this one could be a great radio hit. The DJ’s are loving it! And I have to tell you, Angela is one of the best female vocalist I have heard period! She is just fantastic and I am stunned that this couple have not already been signed to major label. I really don’t think it’s a matter of if, only when. This young lady is a future queen of Gospel Music if I’ve ever heard one. What a voice!”

“Daddy Whipped the Devil” is from Psalm 101’s latest CD called Worth the Wait.
